General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed via our website by consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). A consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of the Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Maura Ricercato & Agnese Ricercato GbR, located at Bahnhofstraße 36, 64367 Nieder-Ramstadt, Germany.

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. You can add the desired products to the shopping cart without obligation and modify the entered data at any time before submitting the binding order. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by confirming it via email immediately after the order has been submitted.

3. Language of the Contract and Storage of the Text

The available language for the conclusion of the contract is German.

We store the text of the contract and will send you the order details and our AGB by email. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the internet.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver to Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal and Spain.
Standard delivery times are usually between 3 and 10 working days, depending on the destination country.

If one or more items are out of stock, we reserve the right to contact you to suggest a possible alternative. If no suitable alternative is found or you are not interested in a replacement, we will of course refund any payments already made.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are quoted in euros and include the applicable VAT.

In addition to the product prices, shipping costs may apply, which will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

6. Payment Methods

Payment is considered made when we receive confirmation from the selected payment platform.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days without providing any reason.

Instructions for Withdrawal
 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear written communication (e.g., a letter by post or email) to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal
 In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received (excluding delivery costs if you chose a delivery method other than the standard one we offer) within 14 days from receiving your request. We will use the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until proof of return is provided. The goods must be returned at your expense within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

8. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery (e.g., opened or used cosmetics).

9. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until the full purchase price has been paid.

10. Transport Damage

In case of visible damage to the packaging or the received product, please report it to the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us as soon as possible. Failure to report does not affect your legal rights, but helps us assert any claims against the carrier.

11. Legal Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, you may request a replacement or repair of the product, or – if not possible – a full or partial refund of the price.

12. Liability

We are liable only for damages caused by us intentionally or through gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is necessary for the proper execution of the contract and on which you may regularly rely. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable and typical damages. Any further claims for damages are excluded.

We do not assume liability for any skin reactions, allergic responses, or other undesired effects resulting from the use of purchased products. Please read all ingredients and warnings carefully before use.

The AI assistant on our website provides non-binding recommendations based solely on the information provided by users. We cannot guarantee that the effects or results of the suggested products will meet individual expectations, and we assume no responsibility for any unwanted reactions or outcomes.

13. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which can be found here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These AGB are governed by German law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
 In the case of disputes with consumers, the competent court is the court of residence or domicile of the consumer.
